well i was talking to max from illegal garage whom i bought the clutch off, he said was helpful and gave me some other things to peep before i pull the clutch, which i am gonna do tomrrow, i hope its nothing big and just the disc or fork. something easy to fix. BAH fuck my life.

it was the clutch, im hoping max from illegal garage replaces it for free. then i can get my rev limiter! haha well the clutch looked like total carnage aand i was lucky the damage was only done to the disc and not the flywheel and pressure place. should be back on the road next week or soo and the break in begins, 500 non freeway miles gah its going to suck balls.
ill post pics of it later when im not lazy.

my clutch was rebuilt with a heavy duty clutch disk and bigger rivets to withstand more power, i should see it tuesday.

also my friend got his stance coilovers for his miata so we are dumping that shit sunday on some 13x8 0 offset ssr mk 2's and some 13x8 +12 ssr mk-3's its gonna look dope as fuck. ill post pics when we go take a photos later this week. i might have some white enkies 92s this weekend soo hopefully i do, cross your fingers! haha

Nice work mang. How is that roll cage for daily driving? I've never really ridden in a car with one, so I'm curious as to how much of a difference it actually makes...

It stiffened up my chassis enough for me to notice backing out of the drive way, it's 10times louder inside cuz I took out everything but it handles nicer and I have 0 bodyroll now. I love it


I put in a new radiator last nigt I picked up, I hope today I get my clutch in soo I can finally get back to DDing my car and getting pulled over. :p

Yeah I don't want to strip mine either. I've ridden in so many that were, and not only did it just look janky, but it was SO annoying. You heard EVERYTHING and all the rattling that was dampened by the sound material, you are now able to hear. It's definitely more of a drift car only thing to do, unless you can put up with it. In that case more power to ya.

BTW, who put your roll cage in? And how much did it cost?

funny you should say that about getting pulled over hahah i got pulled over like an hour ago for "loud exhaust" and i told him off like i did the last cop who pulled me over for the same thing, he ended up writing me a ticket for "torn tint" on my driver side window. theres like seriously a corner coming off like only a centimeter of tint thats unstuck. my car is balls loud so im astonished my straight pipes hasnt gotten me a ticket lol

as for the roll cage its legit i enjoy being able to hear my fuel pump and my cars motor and stiff chassis. it lets me know whats up with the car if somethings not right and also it looks cool and people always gives me thumbs up when they see me. my rollcage was 250, i got it on the cheap from some dude that took it out of his car and i put in myself. it wasnt easy, sucked nuts you have to take everything out to get it in and even in to get it in the right spot sucked.

Ok well I got the rad in as I think I stated I need to get rad hoses cuz the ones I have suck. This weekend is the ZOMGBBQ bash in huntingtonbeach and ill be attending and I will taking video and pictures to share with you guys. Massive caravan out of autobacs too ! Should be fun.

its sick but i raised it up cuz LA streets would not have mercy on my front end, i went the huge meet and 70+ cars showed up sooo it was a good turn out. we met up at super autobacs and caravaned to the beach. ill open up a thread with pictures and such so you guys can peep.
