Let's face it....OBDII SUCKS!!! If you own an s14, getting your ECU tuned usually requires you to use an s13 ECU and a conversion harness to plug it
into your engine harness.
Price for a conversion harness from rywire.com.......$250.00
Enthalpy offers one for $100...but only with a tune...which is $500.00...
.........he doesn't sell just the harness.
Since i am made of time, not money.....i decided to make some of my own harnesses.
If you would like a conversion harness, PM me.
There are 2 options:
#1..... Send me an OBDI ecu plug with at least 6in of each wire left attached. This can be from any 91-94 Sentra 91-93 NX, 89-94 240SX, 90-94 Pulsar GTi-R, 93-94 Altima, 89-95 Bluebird, or 91-93 G20. It does not matter if it came out of the cars equipped with a 1.6, 2.0, or 2.4 because the ECCS plug is all you need off of it.
And an OBDII ECU. This can be from any 95-99 Sentra, 95-98 200SX, 95-99 Altima, 94-96 and 99 G20, or 95-98 240SX. Again the type of motor in these vehicles is insignificant since the plug is all that is needed from the ECU. ( You will not get this back, so keep that in mind.)
I build the harness, test it on my own car, and ship it back to you......$125.00
#2..... I source the parts and build the harness ......$200.00 .........This can take alot longer.
Finished harness will look similar to this: Didn't have a picture of mine, sorry.
